Finders is a play-based outdoor learning program designed for young children to explore, discover, and develop a meaningful connection with the natural world.
The forest is our classroom, offering endless opportunities for imaginative play, hands-on investigation, movement, and discovery. Whether we're following a trail of ants, experimenting with natural materials, building imaginary worlds, or investigating something unexpected, children's curiosity helps shape our days.
Through these experiences, children develop confidence, independence, communication, problem-solving skills, and relationships with others. They learn to ask questions, share ideas, take appropriate risks, and make sense of the world through their own experiences.
The day has intention, but the learning still has room to wander.
